Flightline IT Helpdesk. Supported more than 4,000 users, managed mission-critical systems, server policies, and enterprise client computing. Ran a major OS migration in garrison and deployed environments.

Work across HP Inc., Energy XXI, Becton Dickinson, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, and Academy Sports & Outdoors through Cognizant.

At HP, contributed to operating systems used by NASA on Apple and Windows machines.
